Shipping info
Every order is custom made: we don't make it until you order it. Most orders ship within 48 hours, from Southern California.
Within the US
We ship with USPS or UPS. USPS Priority Mail is our preferred method and usually takes about 3 days.
UPS Ground can take 5 days or more, and sometimes longer from the West Coast to the East Coast.
Your shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
International & APO
We ship worldwide every day, including to APO addresses.
Global Express Mail gets your package from the US to over 190 countries in 3-5 days.
Outside-the-US shipping usually takes about 7-10 days to reach your country.
Both times are to your country, not your door. Once a package arrives in your country, your local postal service decides how long delivery takes.
Packaging
All items are shipped in boxes or tubes to protect them. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us. See our return & warranty policy.
